Service Delivery Policy
Service Delivery Information
1. Service Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, Orviantr will review the selected service and the information provided with your order. Our team will then prepare the project according to the stated service scope, deliverables, and any agreed requirements.
Most projects are initiated within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of the necessary project information. Services that require additional clarification, consultation, technical preparation, or scope confirmation may require additional time before work begins.
2. Service Delivery
Orviantr provides professional digital services across Logo Design, Animation & Motion Graphics, WordPress, Digital Marketing, and Content Writing.
All services are delivered electronically through appropriate digital channels, which may include email, secure download links, cloud storage, online collaboration platforms, project management systems, WordPress environments, or other mutually agreed communication methods.
Depending on the service purchased, deliverables may include logo and branding files, graphic assets, animation or motion graphics files, website updates, WordPress development work, digital marketing materials, written content, reports, documents, source files, or other digital materials specifically described in the applicable service listing or project agreement.
No physical products are shipped as part of our services.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated completion times vary depending on the type of service, project scope, technical requirements, complexity, and the information required from the customer.
The applicable service page, quotation, project description, or agreed scope will provide the relevant estimated timeframe where a specific delivery period is available.
Project timelines may be affected by the timely receipt of content, branding materials, website access, technical information, approvals, feedback, revision requests, or other materials required from the customer.
If additional revisions, expanded requirements, new features, significant scope changes, technical complications, or third-party dependencies arise during a project, the estimated completion date may be adjusted accordingly. We will communicate material changes to the expected timeframe when reasonably possible.
4. Client Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the purchased service.
Depending on the project, this may include:
-
Business or project information
-
Brand guidelines, logos, images, or other visual materials
-
Written content and specifications
-
Website or WordPress access where required
-
Marketing requirements and campaign information
-
Technical instructions
-
Required approvals and feedback
-
Any other materials specifically requested for the project
Customers must also ensure that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use any materials supplied to Orviantr.
Delays caused by incomplete information, unavailable access, delayed approvals, missing materials, or delayed customer feedback may affect the estimated project timeline.
5. Revisions
Where revisions are included in the purchased service, they will be provided according to the revision allowance and scope stated on the applicable service page, quotation, or project agreement.
Revision requests should relate to the original agreed project requirements. Requests for additional concepts, new deliverables, substantially different directions, additional functionality, expanded content, or work outside the original scope may require additional fees and additional delivery time.
Where applicable, customers will be informed before significant out-of-scope work is undertaken.
6. Service Availability
Our digital services are available to customers in many countries and regions, subject to applicable laws, payment verification, technical availability, operational requirements, and other applicable restrictions.
Certain services may not be available in particular jurisdictions where legal, regulatory, sanctions-related, technical, payment-processing, or business restrictions apply.
We may decline or discontinue a service request where fulfilling the request would conflict with applicable laws, platform requirements, third-party restrictions, or our service policies.
7. Service Fees
Service prices are displayed on the relevant service page or provided to the customer through a quotation, proposal, or other written project agreement before purchase where applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected service, scope, deliverables, pricing, estimated timeframe, revision terms, and any other applicable conditions before placing an order.
Where a project requires a customized scope that cannot reasonably be defined through a standard service package, Orviantr may require the project scope and pricing to be confirmed through a quotation, consultation, proposal, or other written agreement before payment or project commencement.
Applicable taxes or government charges may be collected where required by applicable law.
8. Project Delays
Orviantr makes reasonable efforts to complete services within the applicable estimated timeframe. However, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include project complexity, customer response times, requested revisions, technical issues, scheduled maintenance, third-party platform interruptions, hosting or software issues, internet connectivity problems, cybersecurity incidents, public holidays, force majeure events, or other unexpected operational circumstances.
Where a material delay becomes reasonably apparent, we will communicate relevant information to the customer and, where possible, provide an updated estimated timeframe.
9. Digital Delivery and Completion
A service will generally be considered digitally delivered when the agreed deliverables have been made available to the customer through the applicable delivery method or when the agreed work has been completed within the relevant online environment.
Depending on the service, completion may involve:
-
Sending files or documents by email
-
Providing secure download or cloud-storage access
-
Delivering project files through an online collaboration platform
-
Completing agreed work within a WordPress or website environment
-
Providing marketing or content deliverables electronically
-
Providing reports, documentation, or other digital project materials
-
Providing access to completed digital assets through another agreed method
Customers are responsible for reviewing delivered materials and notifying Orviantr promptly if they identify a material issue that does not conform to the agreed project scope.
